OREGON PARK FAMILY.

Many of our foals leave us and find loving homes as show horses, kids horses, or trusted family friends who may never see a fancy rosette or garland. As a small stud we keep in touch with as many of our purchasers as we can, and love hearing how our babies have grown up.

Adele de Kretsa and "Ori". Ori was purchased as a weanling and look at him now! When they are not trail riding and 'hooning' they are seen behaving in a much more formal manner, looking very stylish indeed!

(2005) (Kemal Tyson’s Pride x Oregon Park Colida Freckles) sold as a weanling and tossed on a boat to Tassy, “Rick” has gone on to be Tasmanian State Champion at Halter and is having a ball with his owner Michelle Adams. She loves his temperament and he is currently getting ready to be shown under saddle in between producing a string of colored foals!

		OREGON PARK ARISTOKAT (2002) (Samuel- Aire Plaudit x Kopy Kats Dream) owned by Kerrinna Appaloosas. The most colourful appaloosa in the Wimmera, “Peabody” set up home in Horsham and will be there forever, happily producing colourful versatile foals for Karen Fisher. Peabody features an impeccable pedigree of champions.

(2005) Oregon Park Aristokat x Oregon Park Moonrock) “Sophie” traces all the way back to our first appaloosa that we bred in 1973, so for that alone she is special. However, she is currently leased to Karen Fisher of Kerrinna Appaloosas and Karen is blitzing the showring with this beautiful mare. Karen rides her every day and is showing her in English, Trail, Halter and Western Pleasure. I can’t thank her enough for the effort she is putting in. “Thanks Kaz” just isn’t enough.

“Madam Mim”

Awesum Jewell came to us via Melbourne Airport just before Christmas 2003. We had lost our precious Daisy (on the home page) to a heart attack the preceding September. A delightful puppy, “Madam Mim” turned into this 80kg “Awesum” Great Dane who easily stands over 6 feet high and has no concept of her own size.

She is in charge of local gossip (her bark is 85 Db) and foal protection.
Can she be bribed??? Well…..you try first!
